With her jeweler's CFC diploma from the \u00c9cole d'art de la Chaux-de-Fonds in hand, Liliane Murenzi spent 16 years working in various watch design offices in the canton of Neuch\u00e2tel: creating the first sketches by hand, conceiving and designing precious objects... Today, as part of Ba111od brand, she practices her own language, respectful of the company's DNA. Making sure the timepiece will have a good life<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Many sources of inspiration, endless creativity<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Curiosity is a must, it sparks creativity. You have to be open-minded, aware of everything that surrounds you, such as trends in the world of fashion, architecture and even the electronics industry. L3D expertise is essential, because it’s all about volume,”<\/em> she asserts. Highly responsive, she has a keen sense of observation. Passion, creativity and analysis are her hallmarks. “My greatest satisfaction is to be able to gaze at a new creation in the making.<\/em>”<\/p>\n

What might an order specification look like? “There’s no standard protocol, it depends on the brand or the customer’s desire. For Ba111od, it’s different. We’re not looking for trendy models. Our business model is not traditional. We dare to indulge in everything, to shake up codes,<\/em>” comments the designer who operates on the basis of “visual flash,” \u00a0<\/em>inspired by architecture in terms of materials, shapes and geometry. “I don’t create sketches at all,<\/em>” she adds.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

In 2019, he founded and chaired \"JSH Archives & Patrimoine\" to relaunch the Swiss watchmaking journal JSH. Then in 2021, he built on his very first editorial venture, the \"bloghorloger.ch\" established on the web in 2003, to come back online with the Swiss Watch Passport\u00ae (by JSH\u00ae).
