For 40 years, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) has been one of Dexel’s founding values. The Manufacture is a member of the RJC<\/a> (Responsible Jewellery Council), the world’s leading sustainability standards organization for the jewelry and watch industry. It is certified according to the standards of the \u201cChain of Custody<\/i>\u201d (CoC) and the \u201cGuide to Practices<\/i>\u201d (COP), which defines environmental, social and ethical practices in respect of human rights.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

The Manufacture of Watchmaking Products Dexel is known for its incredibly low turnover, as evidenced by the loyal core of 20-25 year tenured employees. Its 45-55 male-female parity remains exemplary. The small team in the beginning, about ten employees, has grown into an army of talented individuals. The management team exemplifies a benevolence that allows it to stand up to the surrounding pressure when recruiting. Are we not in the immediate vicinity of some very prestigious watchmakers?<\/p>\n

Elio Granito<\/b> and his management team have been able to support and channel growth that has been consolidated since 2019 with the construction of a new factory located in the vicinity of Biel<\/a>, in the heart of one of Switzerland’s most important watchmaking areas. A comfortable and human place, driven by its founding faith and vision, with potential for expansion. A factory where people enjoy working, with the most advanced responsible standards.
