The microtechnical expertise required for the manufacture of stamping tools and the production of stamped parts has never been lost at Azurea… because the story could have been quite different!

January 2023, the cutting business becomes a public limited company (SA)

This knowledge was first strongly developed and then left untouched for several decades. In 2012, the Group’s strategy of independence and verticalisation led Azurea Technologie Horlogere SA to fully relaunch its stamping activity, relying on in-house expertise in micromechanics and design. Since then, numerous investments have been made to ensure that the company has the technological tools and infrastructure to match its ambitions.

In January 2023, Azurea Technologie Horlogere SA’s stamping workshop became Azurea Decoupage SA, the fifth company in the Azurea Group. Nine people with advanced micromechanical skills contribute to the design and manufacture of stamps. Azurea Decoupage also produces, decorates and assembles stamped components. This range of skills translates into a complete service for customers, whether for watchmaking, medical or, more generally, microtechnology applications.

The official inauguration took place on the 1st of October, in the presence of employees, members of the Azurea group’s management, company directors and representatives of the institutions that have contributed to the success of their establishment
