Almost by mistake, by adding his name and workplace to the dial, Christian Etienne founded an eponymous brand

Master watchmaker Christian Etienne also works on private collections for renowned watchmakers, for example assembling Richard Mille’s Tellurium planetarium.

Watchmaking heritage craftsman

Most of Christian Etienne’s time is devoted to preserving antique watches, precious witnesses from the past. Was it the desire to satisfy an eponymous impulse that inspired him to create his own watch collection? We’re talking about a Collection, not a brand. Nonetheless, his name is on the dial, and he breathes into his project his fundamental ethic of sustainability and circularity, which are essential restoration principles aimed both at perpetuating age-old techniques and optimizing the use of existing ressources.

Omega caliber enthusiast

What makes him special? This admirer of the hand-wound Omega 30, a movement that played an indelible role in the watchmaking world, had a few specimens in reserve. His watches, inspired by the 40’s and 50’s, feature these unique, restored calibers, marked by the simplicity and authenticity of a “real true” man.
