This promising edition reflects the vitality and resilience of an industrial fabric ready to innovate and move forward
“In the current context, it is essential to remain visible, maintain your network, and showcase your expertise and innovations. That is probably the best way to prepare for recovery, and our exhibitors have clearly understood this,” says Alexandre Catton, Director of the EPHJ Show. “The fact that we are fully booked demonstrates the value that EPHJ brings to both exhibitors and visitors: a unique opportunity to meet all key players in high precision and to showcase skills and added value on the market. That is also why many companies wait for EPHJ to unveil their innovations. In this regard, the 2025 edition promises to be remarkably innovative!”
Diversification and new companies

While originally dedicated to watchmaking, EPHJ has long since diversified: many exhibitors now offer cross-cutting solutions applicable to MedTech or industrial microsystems. Notably, nearly 100 companies will be exhibiting for the first time.
Several world premieres and exclusive innovations will be unveiled at exhibitors’ booths or during the Exhibitors’ Grand Prix, which rewards the most outstanding innovations based on votes from professionals themselves.
A platform for strategic thinking
As always, the roundtable program will be one of the highlights of the show, offering debates grounded in current industrial and economic topics.
The 25th anniversary of the Swiss Health Valley: will be celebrated in a strategic roundtable led by Benoît Dubuis titled “Innovate Locally, Impact Globally,” featuring experts.
The evolution of the watch market: its challenges (volume decline, premium segment growth, materials innovation, circular economy) will be discussed by leading industry figures such as Yves Bugmann (FH) and Jean-Jacques Weber (French Watchmaking Federation).
The shifting employment market: will be explored in a roundtable with HR directors, training institutions and recruitment platforms.
The Innovation Forum, in partnership with OPI Geneva, will present the Grand Prix EPHJ nominees and highlight upcoming trends in high precision. Several exhibitors have already announced remarkable innovations to be revealed at the show, particularly in micro-machining for watch components.
“Métiers d’Arts” Forum
The Forum des Métiers d’Art, organized with MTTA-Microcity from day one, will offer demonstrations, immersive experiences and a debate on evolving professions and transmission of know-how. The roundtable “When technological innovation enhances tradition” will feature artisans, watchmakers, designers and vocational educators..
Innovations to discover every day
Continuing the spirit of the Innovation Digest published at the end of each show, the EPHJ Daily will spotlight groundbreaking technologies, emerging solutions and reinvented know-how each day.
A mobile app to prepare your visit
Visitors can already prepare their visit with the EPHJ mobile app, available from mid-May. It offers access to exhibitor lists, innovation previews, key events, and scheduling tools.
