The Atelier du Bracelet first opened its doors in January 2016. The boutique is located on Rue Sigismond-Thalberg, right next to the Alpes parking area. Seven people altogether, all committed to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Fascinating pelts and expertise

Smells and pelt colors of tremendous diversity! The atmosphere here is both studious and serene. And the same enthusiasm to welcome the private individual, the collector, the watch designer or even the watch manufacture. The values on which the Atelier du Bracelet is founded range from the preservation of know-how and heritage to the perfect execution of customer wishes: quality is the only thing that counts. Thus, for example, the manufacturing method is exclusively “rembordé Genève, hand-made, without plates, wallet-style.” A definition that insiders will understand.

The first step is to select the skins, which range from smooth or grained calfskin to alligator, salmon, toad or Shagreen. And the list goes on. Obviously, beforehand, there has been a close collaboration with tanners sharing the same quest for perfection, players in tune with the required quantities, far enough away from industrial concerns.

Total personalization, ergonomics and privacy

The idea behind this is to match the bracelet perfectly to the customer’s anatomy, right down to the precise position and spacing of the holes to comfortably adjust the clasp. The precise location in the skin, and therefore the most seductive pattern, is entirely at the customer’s discretion. We’re talking made-to-measure here, for a perfect fit not only to the chosen timepiece but also to the wrist..

However, the relationship between a lover of fine timepieces and his or her timepiece is an intimate one, if we realize that the wearer’s own skin is more intensely in contact with the bracelet than with the timepiece itself. It’s a bespoke experience that has nothing to envy of haute couture!

Individuals and partnerships

L’Atelier du Bracelet’s relentless pursuit of quality and exclusivity has led to fruitful collaborations with some of the biggest names in the industry, notably for identical remakes of bracelets with a view to collections and respect for the original appearance, or with local designers who need customized bracelets for small series or one-off pieces.
