Music drove him to journalism: Joël Grammson knew he would become a singer, and he gave himself the means to do so. Since he didn't know anyone in showbiz, and since he lived at the time a long way from the French-speaking capital through which every career had to be built, he started interviewing artists, so he might learn from them. With his eyes wide open, his microphone outstretched, and a wealth of unfailing friendships in the music business, he finally "stayed" a journalist. Surprisingly, one of his first hits, "Entre Maman et Toi" (Carrere, France), ranked in the top 3 of the Radio Plus Hit Parade (Ivan Frésard's broadcast) for 14 weeks. This hit opened up for him prestigious magazine columns as a celebrity specialist. Author of some 400 songs and several albums, he is still writing, for others and for himself... He is co-producer of hip-hop with Ivorian star artist Nash (Unesco ambassador) and works regularly with producer PGR of Balik Farm Studio
